I consider myself to be a confident, presentable and ambitious individual who is always willing to take on a challenge. I work constructively as part of a team and efficiently as an individual. People find me trustworthy, practical and organised. When working in a team I have the ability to motivate others. I am entirely computer literate. I can create and manipulate Spreadsheets, Databases, Word Processors. I have the knowledge to use the internet to my advantage and have a very good understanding of programming and Web design. I also hold a full clean driving license, as well as my own car.

Booker Cash and Carry - Warehouse Assistant - September 2006 – Present Day
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries.
- Till operation for standard checkouts.
- Till operation in the cigarette room (High Security Area).
- Issuing credit notes.
- Using the computer system to log in customers and find item Midas numbers.
- Confident and accurate use of tannoy system.
- Stock control and facing throughout the warehouse.
- Also trained as a receptionist (answering and directing calls, logging customers in, processing cheques etc).

Interests and Activities:
I am immensely engrossed with Computers, I spend my spare time searching the internet and improving my knowledge of advanced website design and coding, as well as basic/advanced programming in vb.net. I have also designed and developed web sites (www.ezmi.co.uk, www.fishconsulting.net). I also play online games and converse with online friends around the world via skype, teamspeak, ventrillo, msn etc. I love driving, I have my own car and I drive to many different places for skateboarding (e.g. Leicester, Keyworth, Radford, Lady Bay, Arnold, Bottesford etc). I also like swimming. I am a fully qualified national pool lifeguard, and I have a national powerboat qualification (level 2) and an additional basic first aid qualification.
